This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $21.02. As a resource position, you will have the opportunity to work flexible shifts across various locations.

Practice Environment
Our Outpatient Rehabilitation clinics are dedicated to assisting patients in their recovery from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions impacting their physical capabilities. We emphasize a culture of teamwork, compassion, and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities
As a Patient Services Representative, you will provide essential clerical support to enhance the quality of healthcare services. Your primary duties will include:

  • Acting as a welcoming point of contact for patients and visitors, managing payments and co-payments.
  • Performing various clerical tasks such as:
    • Answering phone calls and managing the switchboard.
    • Scheduling routine patient appointments.
    • Ordering necessary supplies.
    • Generating letters for no-shows and recalls.
    • Processing and sorting mail, as well as producing end-of-day reports.
  • Documenting patient interactions in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system as needed.
  • Managing patient registration and check-in processes, confirming demographic and insurance details, and assisting with kiosk registrations.
  • Facilitating patient check-out by scheduling follow-up appointments or confirming future visits.
  • Maintaining patient medical records in compliance with established standards and uploading documents into the EHR system.
  • Participating in safety initiatives and completing all required safety competencies in a timely manner.
