Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, medical terminology, and office administration. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care, managing the doctor's schedule, and ensuring seamless communication with patients and referring offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Concierge-Level Customer Service: Interact with patients, referring offices, and team members over the phone, in person, or via electronic communication, providing a positive and professional experience.
  • Manage Patient Insurance Information: Update and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient insurance information to ensure efficient claims processing.
  • Coordinate Doctor's Schedule: Manage the doctor's schedule to ensure efficient use of their time, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
  • Partner with Clinical Team: Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Collect Payments and Manage Finances: Collect payments from patients in a professional and effective manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Understand doctor treatment recommendations and develop treatment plans from diagnosis, effectively communicating options and associated costs to patients.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Adhere to HIPAA guidelines, maintaining confidentiality of all patient information.
  • Perform Other Related Duties: Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • One Year of Customer Service Experience: Required.
  • Medical or Dental Experience: Preferred.
