Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential environment.
  • Advocate for the needs and rights of those served, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Monitor and document changes in the physical and mental condition of those served, ensuring their health and well-being.
  • Administer first aid and simple nursing procedures as needed, prioritizing the safety and health of those served.
  • Ensure the privacy and dignity of those served, reporting any suspected abuse or neglect.
  • Develop and implement programs to support individuals, documenting progress and outcomes.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, cleaning, and light residential maintenance duties.
Requirements
