Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team at Didlake, Inc. As a key member of our information technology department, you will provide level one technical support to all users across the company, assisting with IT aspects of planned projects and maintaining network documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to staff at all levels and site locations
  • Interface with IT contacts, technical contractors, and vendors to provide technology resources and support
  • Assist with all IT aspects of planned company projects
  • Maintain network documentation and ensure the server room and equipment are clean and organized
  • Provide routine IT support and assistance to all departments
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and communication issues
  • Perform workstation installs and upgrades to computer systems
  • Monitor and interpret Didlake computer systems and software
  • Install PCs, computer monitors, and peripheral equipment
  • Install computer programs on individual employee workstations
  • Manage all corporate mobile accounts
  • Address Service desk tickets as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of technical experience or High School diploma with a minimum of 2-3 years relevant job-related experience
  • Experience in an office setting is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Windows-based systems, LAN/WAN networks, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technologies
  • Ability to work autonomously with little to no direction
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
