Sales Leadership Manager

Key Responsibilities- Engage with homebuyers to understand their needs and guide them through the home-buying process.
- Develop relationships with clients and local realtors, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
- Facilitate smooth transactions by assisting clients with necessary paperwork.
- Conduct marketing initiatives to build your network and secure sales opportunities.
The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000 - $60,000 plus commission on all homes sold. A bonus structure based on team performance is also offered.
