We are seeking a results-driven Oil Change Store Manager to lead our retail sales team at VantEdge Take 5 Oil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and cash register operations to maintain optimal stock levels and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and management/leadership roles - 2 plus years.
  • Strong customer service focus with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated with excellent team management and payroll and scheduling abilities.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus monthly commission/bonus.
