Job Overview:

This role involves designing, building, and implementing comprehensive sales enablement programs that enhance the productivity and efficiency of our sales teams.

As a Sales Effectiveness Manager, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales enablement content, analyze data to inform strategic decisions, and solve complex problems to drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, program management, and communication. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs to support sales teams
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to create sales enablement content
  • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and measure program effectiveness
  • Solve complex problems to drive business results
  • Work closely with sales leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the company

Requirements:

  • Four or more years of relevant experience required
  • Strong background in sales strategy, program management, and communication
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Experience working with Google suite of products and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Knowledge of sales effectiveness tools in the industry
