About the Role:

This is a fantastic chance to join a reputable hotel brand and contribute to our ongoing success. As a Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Increase revenues by upselling and providing additional amenities and upgrades to customers to ensure they are entirely satisfied.
  • Prospect a list of company and referral leads generated through research, networking, social media, special events.
  • Assist clients by acting as a point of contact and communicating with them by phone and email in response to their queries and requests.
  • Plan and organize work schedules, file important documents, and communicate with stakeholders and hotel departments about sales-related information.
  • Present prospective clients with sales presentations and other materials that promote event space, dining options, and facility features.
Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities.
  • Displays a proven track record of sales success.
  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in business or a similar major is desired.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required.

We are committed to providing a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.
