Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing culinary teams.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
    • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
    • Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
