Job Overview

Position: Licensed Behavior Specialist

Location: Northeast Philadelphia

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with evening availability required


As a Licensed Behavior Specialist at Potential Inc., you will oversee client cases in Northeast Philadelphia, ensuring the effective application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This managerial role involves supporting clinicians who work directly with clients and students in various environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage treatment plans, including behavior and skill acquisition strategies.
  • Train and oversee staff in program implementation and skill development.
  • Conduct assessments, including functional analyses.
  • Observe clients and staff in various settings.
  • Engage in professional development activities to maintain licensure and certification.
  • Conduct initial client assessments.
  • Collaborate with families and other service providers.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork.
  • Share responsibility for the quality of programs and services delivered.

Qualifications

  • Active Behavior Specialist License (LBS)
  • Availability Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with evening availability
  • Ability to travel within Northeast Philadelphia
  • Experience working with clients across various settings (school, community, home, etc.)
