Location: Northeast Philadelphia

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, with some evening availability required

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee treatment plans, focusing on behavior modification and skill development.
  • Train and mentor staff in program implementation and skill acquisition techniques.
  • Conduct assessments and functional analyses to inform treatment strategies.
  • Monitor client progress and staff performance across various environments.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain necessary certifications.
  • Facilitate new client intakes and collaborate with families and other service providers.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork.
  • Share responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of programs and services.

Qualifications

  • Active Behavior Specialist License (LBS)
  • Availability for scheduled hours and some evenings
  • Ability to work with clients in diverse settings
