Job Title: Licensed Behavior Consultant

Elwyn is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Behavior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Services team, you will work collaboratively with families and other treatment team members to design and implement individualized resiliency plans for children and adolescents with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement resiliency plans in collaboration with families and treatment team members
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop treatment plans to address presenting skills deficits or behaviors
  • Provide clinical supervision to assigned Mobile Therapists and Behavioral Health Technicians
  • Ensure compliance with Child and Adolescent Service System Program (CASSP) principles and practice guidelines for Recovery and Resiliency
  • Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and restrictive procedures using agency-trained protocols
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis
  • Graduate degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) or related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of one year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults
  • License in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner
