The Healthcare Quality Enhancement Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting the Patient Experience Department by facilitating the implementation and advancement of Continuous Performance Improvement frameworks and Relationship-Based Care initiatives throughout the Signature Healthcare network.

Core Responsibilities:

Acts as an internal advisor, collaborating with management and leadership within the Patient Experience Department at Signature Healthcare. Provides individualized coaching on continuous improvement methodologies and practices. Facilitates education and training sessions for small to medium-sized groups. Gathers and evaluates data as needed to propel the Lean initiative forward. Develops documentation to aid in the deployment and sustainability of the Lean Program.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent healthcare experience. Over 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting. Familiarity with Lean principles is preferred. Knowledge of healthcare terminology is essential. Strong business acumen, including effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in data interpretation. Excellent interpersonal abilities. Well-honed presentation and facilitation capabilities. Adaptable and flexible in various working environments and with diverse individuals. Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
