About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Director, Value, Access and Pricing to join our team at Syneos Health Careers. As a key member of our Consulting leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving commercial success and growth in our market access and pricing consulting business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Commercial Success: Achieve profitable business growth by securing new accounts, creating leads, and ensuring accurate project forecasting and pricing.
  • Lead Client Relationships: Develop and lead a large client book of business, collaborating with other business units to close deals and secure profitable business.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve billable utilization, led book of business, and sales targets, while collaborating with others to attain overall business objectives and metrics.
  • Validate Project Forecasts: Ensure accurate project forecasting and pricing to avoid losses and drive business growth.
  • Support Business Growth: Contribute to the development of a growing and healthy Advisory Group and overall Consulting business unit, above and beyond individual contributions of sales and book of business.
Requirements
  • Education: MBA or graduate degree in a life sciences field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of leading commercial / strategic consulting, with a focus on pharmaceutical market access, value and HEOR.
  • Expertise: Known authority in pricing, market access and HEOR, with the ability to leverage external networks to improve profitable revenues and market positioning.
What We Offer

At Syneos Health, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $250,000 to $300,000, as well as opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on company and individual performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and flexible paid time off.
