We are seeking a Contract Manager to coordinate efforts between customers and our sales, finance, and legal departments. This role will be responsible for creating, executing, and processing financial quotes and private tenders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Responsibilities
  • Provide financial quotes and analysis, revising as needed throughout the negotiation process.
  • Create pricing analysis for internal and external review, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with the sales organization, providing guidance on contracting options and effective programs/promotions.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of contracting systems and their interface with other company systems.
  • Develop customer offers, addressing issues in a timely manner and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work effectively with all levels of management, including senior management.
  • Lead teams through established procedures, facilitating or re-writing procedures as process improvements occur.
The Individual

Required

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of business experience.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet timelines and milestones.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to achieve objectives in challenging situations.
  • Aptitude for learning, willingness to adapt quickly, and enthusiasm to continually improve.

Preferred

  • Masters or MBA.
  • Experience in a tightly regulated industry.

Internal: Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sales Operations.

The Work Environment

This professional will operate in a typical office environment, performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Transparency

The salary range for this position takes into account various factors, including education, experience, and internal equity. The salary range is $58,000 to $99,000, and the position is eligible for the Global Bonus Plan. QuidelOrtho offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
