Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract and Grant Assistant to join our team at Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI). As a key member of our business services team, you will play a critical role in supporting the contract lifecycle process, including reviewing and editing contracts and prospective grants, as well as providing administrative support and using CCSI's contract management system and other tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with CCSI administrative teams, program service departments, customers, and vendors.
  • Assist in maintaining all contract-related templates.
  • Support contract team members and project staff to ensure compliance with legal clauses, reporting requirements, etc.
  • Provide administrative support and use of CCSI's contract management system and other tracking tools, as well as the use of multiple customers' cloud-based contract systems and tools.
  • Conduct database management, including maintaining documentation and data entry to support grant applications, reporting forms, etc.
  • Provide grant task support ranging from information gathering to CRM maintenance and data system support.
  • Provide administrative tasks, as needed, including taking notes and preparing minutes.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of CCSI's Business Areas and the impact of CCSI's evolving service delivery on contract management.
  • Work closely with CCSI Accounting and other administrative departments, as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field of study, or equivalent education and work experience (see CCSI's equivalency chart) with a minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Familiarity with Federal, State, or Local Grant processing for Non-profits is a plus.
  • Experience using contract and/or grant management systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the set-up of user roles, logins, and passwords in government systems.
