Job Overview

Position Summary: The Project Operations Manager is responsible for guiding projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client specifications. The individual will prioritize tasks, create timelines, and lead teams to meet critical deadlines, achieve project milestones, and ensure client satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client agreements, including intricate systems and governmental initiatives.
  • Facilitate financial and engineering operations to fulfill both fiscal and technical objectives.
  • Guarantee that projects are finalized on time and within the allocated budget in a matrix environment.
  • Address client requirements while meeting sales, profit margin, timely delivery, and satisfaction benchmarks.
  • Track project progress, evaluate potential risks, and formulate recovery strategies.
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders at various management tiers, delivering technical insights and fostering collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree (BS) is mandatory; a Master's degree (MS/MBA) is preferred in engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 6-10 years of experience in Program Management is required.
  • PMI certification or an equivalent credential is preferred.
Compensation Details: $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 per hour
