Job Overview:

This exciting opportunity as a Fitness Front Desk/Sales Consultant offers the chance to join a thriving organization with a proven track record of success. As a member of our front desk team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to our company's mission to change lives through fitness.

In this position, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns, engage with potential clients, and build strong relationships with existing members. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of member interactions, processing payments, and managing club operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership sales and retention.
  • Build strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
  • Manage daily front desk operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve member issues, address concerns, and improve overall member satisfaction.
