Field Sales Consultant

Are You Prepared for a New Challenge?
As a Field Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients to effectively market and sell our products. You will frequently engage with prospects and clients in their business environments or other designated locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or surpass the assigned annual gross margin targets by promoting and selling products within your designated area, adhering to the company's pricing strategies.
- Address customer concerns swiftly and efficiently, and escalate potential claims as necessary.
- Keep management updated on local market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Implement sales and merchandising initiatives as instructed, and suggest new inventory items.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and reports of business transactions; assist in the collection of overdue accounts.
- Participate in training sessions, trade exhibitions, and sales meetings as required.
- Provide product demonstrations post-sale when needed.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required; 6+ years is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business management, sales, and marketing principles.
- Excellent negotiation abilities.
- Capacity to independently learn our business and achieve objectives.
- Persuasive selling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including occasional overnight trips.
Compensation Details:
The anticipated starting salary for this role is $65,000.00 annually, with potential increases based on experience. This position is also eligible for performance-based sales incentives.
