Job Description:
Lead the Charge: As a Canvassing Manager with Bath Planet of St. Louis and More, you'll be responsible for leading a team of canvassers to drive sales and generate leads in our St. Louis market. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships with homeowners and ultimately grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to maximize sales and lead generation
- Motivate and train your team to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
To succeed as a Canvassing Manager at Bath Planet of St. Louis and More, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A results-driven approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
