Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Management Specialist to join our team at Na Ali'i Consulting & Sales, LLC. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in WMD, CWMD, CBRNE, or related engineering, science, and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to analytic staff developing Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) products.
  • Review documents for accuracy and respond to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting.
  • Assist with administration and management of requests for information (RFIs), task actions, reports, and briefings.
  • Prepare correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities.
  • Create read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read-ahead books or materials for official functions and meetings.
  • Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, and exercises, as required.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in an area related to WMD, CBRNE, Science & Technology, Engineering, strategic intelligence analysis, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last two years.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for CNWDI and RD caveats as required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
  • Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
