We are seeking a skilled Account Manager with a deep understanding of the market data sector and the requirements of financial institutions.

Role Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding client relationships, overseeing account management, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling in collaboration with our client success team. We are looking for a candidate with executive presence and a proven ability to maintain retention and revenue across multiple cycles with the same organization, alongside a solid grasp of the market data landscape and the needs of financial firms.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing renewal and sales objectives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients concurrently
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with financial firms and other professional services
  • Knowledge of the market data sector
  • Capability to handle high-pressure situations and client concerns with professionalism and tact
