About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Academics West. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives engagement, generates leads, and enhances our brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media content calendars to engage our audience and increase brand awareness
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create and distribute email and SMS campaigns that drive conversions
  • Assist in the creation of school leadership presentations and workshops to showcase our brand and expertise
  • Manage our website and social media channels to ensure a positive user experience and boost web traffic
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of our digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as necessary
  • Capture and edit photography and videography to enhance our brand's visual identity
  • Provide design assistance for marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and infographics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communication, marketing, or a related field
  • Portfolio of writing and content examples
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and web analytics
  • Proficient in using social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and other content/publishing tools
  • Growing technical knowledge of website management, email marketing, and automation tools
