LPN Medication Care Manager

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a highly skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team. As a Medication Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner.
- Document medication administration and resident care in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living policies and procedures.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
- Transcribe orders and maintain accurate records.
- LPN or LVN licensure.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents.
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
