Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our Property & Casualty sales team. As a Commercial Property Casualty Sales Leader, you will be responsible for accelerating our growth by developing and executing a business development plan that enables the organization to meet financial goals and objectives.

You will identify and cultivate new prospects through network relationships, strategic partners, and industry events, as well as direct prospecting efforts. Understanding the business and competitive landscape, you will identify centers of influence that can assist with developing leads or making inroads to potential clients.

Your primary objective is to meet sales goals and retain relationships with key stakeholders after prospects become clients, with an eye toward cross-sell and round-out opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development plan to accelerate growth
  • Identify and cultivate new prospects through various channels
  • Understand the business and competitive landscape
  • Identify centers of influence to develop leads or make inroads to potential clients
  • Meet sales goals and retain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Property & Casualty Insurance license
  • At least 3 years of prior professional experience as a Sales Professional working with clients, with a successful track record of generating new business and providing exceptional client experiences
  • The ability to work with C-suite executives
  • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for presenting, promoting, and selling solutions
  • Ability to travel to networking, prospect, and client locations
What We Offer
