Alera Group is a leading national insurance brokerage and financial services firm. We're expanding our team and looking for a skilled Sales Executive to accelerate our growth in the Property & Casualty sector.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business development and meeting financial goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a business development plan to drive new business growth
  • Cultivating new prospects through strategic partnerships, industry events, and direct prospecting efforts
  • Identifying centers of influence to develop leads and make inroads with potential clients
  • Building relationships with prospective clients to understand their organization, key decision makers, and business needs
  • Meting sales goals and retaining relationships with key stakeholders

You will work closely with our world-class Property & Casualty sales team to identify opportunities and drive growth. In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $75,000-$300,000, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative work environment.
