Job Title: Customer Success Specialist - Thai Language Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Thailand. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and classify content to ensure compliance with community guidelines
  • Investigate and escalate sensitive issues in a timely manner
  • Provide high-quality support to clients through various communication channels
  • Participate in continuous training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline
  • Native-level Thai language proficiency and excellent communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in content moderation or a related field
  • High empathy and emotional intelligence to handle sensitive cases
  • Investigation skills and experience in validating information across multiple data channels
