Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-volume collections activities to achieve delinquency goals for assigned branches
  • Work with customers in a consultative manner to resolve account matters, negotiating and renewing loans as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service, prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to overcome objections and resolve customer delinquencies
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Collections or customer service experience
  • Bilingual (language requirement per need)
