Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Content Moderator to join our team at Teleperformance USA. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our platform by reviewing and enforcing community guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Review content received by internal systems or users to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Investigate and escalate sensitive content according to established procedures.
- Make outbound calls and receive incoming calls for issues and sensitive situations.
- Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely.
- Participate in continuous training programs for optimal development in the role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- C2/1 Native Language and B2 level English Language Proficiency.
- High empathy and emotional quotient for handling sensitive cases.
- Investigation skills and experience in validating information across multiple data channels.
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment and be open to feedback and coaching.
Technical Skills
- Minimum typing speed of 40wpm with 90% accuracy score.
- Computer literate and fully conversant in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
