Field Operations Specialist

Looma is an innovative digital media platform that brings storytelling, education, and recommendations to in-store experiences. As a Field Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in preparing, installing, and maintaining Looma tablet displays within our retail partners' stores.
This part-time position offers flexibility and is perfect for individuals seeking a non-traditional work schedule. We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable, and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tablet preparation, installation, and maintenance
- Tablet troubleshooting and repair
- Installation of decor and signage on tablet displays
- Store audits to ensure optimal display performance
- Assistance with new pilot and rollout program launches
- Urgent maintenance request response and prioritization
Requirements:
- Reliable access to a car and smartphone for in-store audits
- Comfortable lifting 20 lbs, climbing a 10-ft ladder, and completing manual tasks
- Proficiency in Google Suite or willingness to learn
Compensation and Benefits:
This part-time position offers a starting rate of $20/hour and a biweekly mileage stipend.
