We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager Trainee to join our team. As a Manager Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales, finance, and operations management.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets
• Collect accounts and manage customer relationships with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve established goals and objectives
• Review and investigate customer inquiries and concerns
• Develop expertise in sales finance products and services
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing staff
• Develop knowledge and skills in all aspects of branch management, including sales, collections, and personnel management
**Requirements**
• High School Graduate or equivalent experience preferred
• Sales and/or finance experience is an asset
• Strong typing skills and basic computer knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to transfer to other branches within the company's network
