Job Title: AI/ML Lead

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Lead to join our team at Full Visibility LLC. As an AI/ML Lead, you will be responsible for leading the exploration of cutting-edge AI frameworks and methodologies, conducting in-depth research to understand their capabilities and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team's documentation of the entire lifecycle of AI model creation, deployment, and operation, focusing on identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities inherent in each phase.
  • Develop robust strategies and frameworks for securing AI/ML applications, ensuring they adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and refine testing procedures specifically tailored to assess the security posture of AI/ML models and algorithms, including devising methodologies to simulate real-world attack scenarios and evaluating the resilience of AI systems against potential threats.
  • Provide mentorship and educational sessions to penetration testers and security analysts, empowering them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively assess and mitigate risks within AI frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Active Secret Clearance or higher
  • At least ten (10+) years of artificial intelligence/machine learning experience
  • Robust knowledge of AI strategies and frameworks
  • Ability to conduct in-depth research on cutting-edge developments and tools
  • Experience identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities
  • Experience creating AI models and related documentation
  • Ability to provide leadership, mentorship, and educational sessions
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology or related field
Certifications:

SANS cybersecurity-related certifications; OR GIAC Information Security Professional (GISP) certification
