Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, assess, plan, and test software applications and programs.
  • Conduct requirements engineering, solutions engineering, and system integration across various intelligence systems.
  • Analyze user requirements and develop solutions that leverage new technologies while mentoring junior engineers.
  • Support the allocation of requirements to system architecture components and execute programs effectively.
  • Assist in strategic technical planning, project management, and performance engineering.
  • Lead teams in solving complex challenges while working independently under minimal supervision.
  • Create sustainable software applications with efficient code management and deployment strategies.
  • Engage in agile methodologies as part of a collaborative scrum team.
  • Implement product backlog requirements and assist in writing user stories.
  • Utilize a modern DevSecOps approach in software development.
  • Develop and enhance applications, services, and IT systems that support operational needs.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • 8+ years of experience in software development.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or 6 additional years of experience in information technology.
  • Proficiency in developing software using Go, Angular, or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes and Continuous Integration tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and Nexus.
  • Experience with container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift).

Desired:
  • Technical certifications such as Network +, Security +, or Oracle, particularly in Software Development or Cloud Computing.

Salary Range:
The expected salary range for this position is $128,887 - $174,377, based on experience and geographic location.
