We are currently in search of a seasoned Lead Technical Project Strategist to join our team for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA ARCHES) Program. This pivotal role involves serving as a technical advisor across various agencies, overseeing projects aimed at modernizing legacy systems and enhancing production workflows using AI/ML insights for improved targeting, prediction, and collection orchestration.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing, maintaining, and refining event network designs, integrating both hardware and software solutions, and crafting training scenarios that adapt to the evolving needs of our partners. This position requires a proactive leader with a strategic mindset to manage the technical operations of the CTEP environment, ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals and the delivery of advanced training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate AI technologies with existing real-time monitoring frameworks and infrastructure.
- Oversee the execution of innovative technical projects, including AI/ML object prediction and advanced sensor orchestration for enhanced operational capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT teams, both internal and external, to facilitate the seamless implementation of AI technologies and provide ongoing technical support.
- Optimize system configurations for AI applications, focusing on real-time responsiveness and decision-making improvements across various secure networks.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes and configurations, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Engage closely with computer vision algorithm developers and other technical teams to ensure cohesive efforts within the AI/ML program and across the Defense Intelligence community.
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years of experience in systems integration, particularly with AI and real-time monitoring systems.
- Expertise in system integration methodologies, AI technologies, and real-time monitoring solutions.
- At least two years of experience in technical project or program management within a dynamic technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate the technological impact of AI solutions on data analytics and operational processes.
