  • Support Regional Sales Objectives: Develop tailored marketing plans to support regional sales objectives.
  • Provide Market Insights: Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing: A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Product Marketing Experience: 3-5 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B environments.
  • USA Market Dynamics: Proficiency in USA market dynamics and marketing practices.
  • Design and Graphics Tools: Basic knowledge of design and graphics tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).
  • Self-Directed Work Ethic: Strong self-directed work ethic with proven ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a focus on clarity and impact.
  • Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Marketing Automation Tools: Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Industry Experience: Industry experience in CAD/CAM or Electronic Component Manufacturing.
  • Complex Concept Translation: Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
