We are seeking a skilled Community Sales Representative who will be responsible for calling on Supplier leads generated by our Retail partner programs. This is a quota-carrying, fast-paced role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate each prospect's current environment and prescribe the best solution to meet their needs.
- Act as an extension of our retail partners by communicating and translating their value, timelines, and requirements.
- Document all activity, including key findings, progress, insights, and pipeline velocity.
- Successfully navigate supplier organizations of all sizes and define and execute next steps to drive a sales cycle through to a decision.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree AND 2 years of relevant work experience OR some post-secondary education AND 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Relevant work experience is defined as 2+ years of sales experience with a minimum of 1 year in a commission-based sales role.
- Clear, concise, and confident communicator, with demonstrative behaviors around integrity, relationship building, and leadership expectations.
