About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales executive to join our team as a Director of Business Development. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our Private Equity Practice, including Fund and PE Portfolio Company Services, as well as our commercial practice through advisory, tax, and assurance opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with private equity funds and their portfolio companies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives and other decision-makers in the alternative investment space.
  • Collaborate with partners and other professionals to create and execute sales strategies.
  • Coordinate the sales pursuit process and act as a key advisor throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain a network of channel partners, referral sources, and centers of influence.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience selling professional solutions and services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience working in Private Equity and Venture Capital Services.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to understand complex content and relate it to industry issues and client needs.
