Sales Assistance: Provide essential support to the sales department by managing daily administrative responsibilities, which include organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary sales documentation.

Customer Data Management: Ensure the CRM system is accurately maintained and updated with current customer and sales information, guaranteeing all records are thorough and precise.

Performance Analysis: Create and disseminate regular sales performance reports, offering valuable insights and analyses to assist the sales team in monitoring their progress and identifying potential growth areas.

Competitive Analysis: Perform market analysis to discover prospective clients and gather intelligence on competitors.

Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate effectively with the sales team, marketing division, and other relevant parties to ensure cohesive support for sales strategies.

Required Qualifications:

A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.

Prior experience in a sales support or administrative capacity, ideally within the technology sector.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.

Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools is preferred.

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Highly driven and enthusiastic.

Customer-oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor.

Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
