Field Engineer 4

Job Summary:
Netpace is seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer 4 to join our team. As a Field Engineer 4, you will work in a highly directed environment, performing repair activities such as replaceable unit swapping, image loading, and unit testing using a detailed script. You will also perform other non-troubleshooting duties, including PL/SQL Support for calls such as Dell Client Transformation Services calls, installing and servicing PCs, and PC peripherals and/or electronic equipment.
Responsibilities:
Takes service calls and performs incident-specific activities as directed by Help Desk, Service Desk, or script
May perform routine installs, moves, adds, and changes as part of a directed team, including complex desktop and laptop break-fix work, whole unit replacement, and simple desktop printer fixes
Loads software with a script
Requirements:
DELL Desktop PC, Install/Support, Expert
A+ Certification
Must be able to pass drug and background screening
Must be able to complete required product training
Working Conditions:
Candidate will be taking PC hardware break-fix calls at various locations
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
