About the Role

The Site Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the production of editorial, marketing and promotional content and contribute to site enhancements. They will also be introduced to many other areas of site operations including technology product releases, tool management, optimization projects, and process development. Success in this role is defined by a keen attention to detail, and a desire to learn the inner-workings of an E-commerce site.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day website updates inclusive of promotions, editorial content, and marketing initiatives to ensure smooth, efficient and accurate execution
- Manage seasonal website refreshes inclusive of editorial content, marketing initiatives and site enhancements to ensure smooth, efficient and accurate execution
- Support digital production of web assets inclusive of analytics tagging, and linking strategy, to be featured on category landing pages, product pages, online shopping tools, and other pages
- Collaborate with creative, front end-developers, eCom merchants, and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of site updates
- Refine process and build efficiency for asset production and flawless launch
- Efficiently QA all site updates, features, links, etc. in testing environments before accurately scheduling to production
- Work with Technology, front end-developers and site optimization team to launch new site enhancements
- Help manage technology releases for our Content Management tools (Adobe ECM & WCM) by performing User Acceptance Testing
- Support Site Operations, Site Merchandising, Site Optimization, Site Marketing and SEO teams with special projects, as needed

Criteria

- BA/BS preferred
- Previous experience in eCommerce or website management preferred
- Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) preferred
- Attention to detail, consistent accuracy and strong organization skills are a must
- Able to anticipate problems and provide creative solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, often-changing environment
- Should be well equipped to properly plan out updates and prioritize based on business demands.
- Should be able to easily adjust to shifting priorities where quick updates are necessary
- Eager to learn with a “can do” attitude
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Excellent communication and process skills
- Ability to work onsite in the San Francisco corporate office
