Job Overview

Diaz Consulting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into various systems, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring that information is up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems, ensuring correct formatting and entry standards are followed.
  • Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors.
  • File Organization: Organize and maintain digital and paper files, ensuring records are properly filed and easily accessible.
  • Data Retrieval: Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested for reporting and analysis.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and comply with company data privacy policies.
  • Reporting and Support: Assist with generating reports from entered data and provide administrative support to team members.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a data entry role or administrative position.
  • Skills: Excellent typing speed and accuracy, strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
