About the Role

The Building Foreman plays a critical role in ensuring the corporate campus is well-maintained and supported with specialized repairs and upkeep of all owned and leased buildings and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preventative Maintenance: Partner with the Sr. Manager to create, complete, and coordinate preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the campus is in good working condition.
  • Routine Maintenance and Repairs: Complete routine maintenance and repairs, including on-call response for building maintenance emergencies.
  • Procurement and Vendor Oversight: Process purchase orders and oversee vendors for outsourced work, ensuring high levels of reporting diligence to team leadership.
  • CMMS Portal Management: Become trained in the Corrigo CMMS portal for processing work order submissions and updates.
Requirements
  • 3 Years Prior Experience in Maintenance and Repairs: Required for the position.
  • HVAC Certifications: EPA and HVAC-R certifications are required.
  • OSHA Certification: Commercial or Construction OSHA certification is required.
  • Workplace Safety Knowledge: Proficient in workplace safety rules and regulations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and/or walk approximately 90% of the day, with occasional bending, stooping, reaching, lifting up to 100 lbs., climbing ladders and stairs, and kneeling.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong understanding of PDF and Publisher files.
  • Soft Skills: Self-motivated, adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and superior customer service skills.
