Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at R&M Marketing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing product information, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to existing and potential customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer objections and questions in a positive and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and personal information
- Stay up-to-date on all products and services to provide informed customer interactions
- Participate in team-based meetings to develop new customer service skills and network with colleagues
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Desire to work in a fast-paced customer service environment and ability to multitask
- Exceptional work ethic and self-motivation
