As a Virtual Proctor, you will be responsible for virtually proctoring oral saliva-based drug screen tests, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for our customers. • Provide exceptional customer service and support to candidates and customers through virtual proctoring sessions.
• Ensure the integrity and security of our testing process, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Utilize video conferencing tools, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams, to conduct virtual proctoring sessions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure a smooth testing experience.
• Collaborate with our team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during testing.

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote customer service or support environment.
• Strong technical acumen, with at least 2+ years of experience using video conferencing tools.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Tech-savvy problem solver with the ability to multitask and resolve issues quickly.
