Key Responsibilities- Provide technical consultation, configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Philips patient monitoring solutions in the routing and switching domain.
- Implement patient monitoring solutions and collaborate with customer IT specialists to complete configurations, enhancements, and knowledge transfer.
- Deliver consultative services and act as a subject matter expert for customers during implementation or troubleshooting events.
- Effectively collaborate with sales and service partners, as well as customers, for integration into their IT environment.
- 5+ years of experience in computer networking in healthcare, IT technologies, or electronics industries, with hospital patient monitoring experience highly preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of information system technologies, with Microsoft or Cisco certifications highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, network administration, or other related disciplines, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current and valid Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification required.
- Competitive base pay range of $80,500 - $138,000.
