At HIRECLOUT, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in project deliverables and outcomes, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to grasp and document their requirements for new or improved systems.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Troubleshoot and analyze current business processes, systems, and workflows to pinpoint areas for enhancement

  • Document business processes, user requirements, and system specifications to provide clear guidance for stakeholders, internal IT developers, and vendors responsible for building and implementing solutions

  • Apply principles and tools for managing and analyzing data, working with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs

  • Serve as a communication liaison between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and vendors, ensuring mutual understanding of needs and constraints for successful solution delivery

  • Assist in developing test plans and test cases, collaborating with affected stakeholders and users to validate functionality and business value

  • Manage issues during testing and report test progress to the project team, supporting the implementation of new systems or enhancements by coordinating with various teams, stakeholders, and vendors

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

  • Assess and manage risks associated with proposed solutions, proactively addressing potential issues

  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing system-related issues and inquiries, and collaborating with IT and vendor teams for timely problem resolution

Requirements:





  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, Voice/Data Communications, Public/Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business or systems analysis, requirements gathering, operational or system documentation development, and/or process reengineering

  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, knowledge of industry standard practices and methodologies, and proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques

  • Understanding of change management principles, expertise in principles and techniques of software and user experience design, and familiarity with business process analysis methods, techniques, and tools

  • Experience with process improvement and efficiency methodologies and tools, knowledge of principles and techniques of program design, application testing, documentation and implementation, including quality assurance, conversion, data reconciliation, and user training

  • Proficiency in principles and techniques of quality assurance and user acceptance test planning, test execution, and test execution tracking and management, understanding of project management principles and practices, and knowledge of software development and workflow modeling tools, languages, and report generators

  • Proficiency in standard business software, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, graphics, project management, and database programs, and strong communication, collaboration, and alignment skills

  • Knowledge of organizational change management principles and practices to minimize business disruption
