Job Summary:

The Incyte Corporation seeks a seasoned oncology professional to drive commercial growth within community oncology groups, large networks, and key accounts. As the Director of Corporate & Group Purchasing Organization Accounts, you will develop and execute our GPO strategy to enhance customer value propositions.

This role is pivotal in unlocking the commercial potential of our oncology portfolio and company evolution. You will ensure successful product launches and foster strategic relationships with C-Suite officers, pharmacy leaders, oncologists, and practice managers.

You will report directly to the Senior Director and collaborate closely with colleagues and the broader commercial team. Regular interaction with customers, stakeholders, and time spent at our Chadd's Ford, PA home office are essential aspects of this position.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Establish and maintain primary contact for assigned customers, including major GPOs, large oncology networks/aggregators, and select academic institutions with significant market influence.
  2. Partnership Development: Build and sustain partnerships with access decision-makers across various organizations.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the field team (Sales, Market Access Marketing, Medical, APPs) and broader market access team to deliver cohesive customer experiences and insights capture.
  4. Strategic Agility: Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities while managing limited resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in oncology, preferably with at least 5 years in oncology/rare disease market access.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of oncology sGPO/acute GPOs, Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement models, and oncology product distribution.
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, patient-centric approach, exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Travel: Extensive travel (50-75%) is necessary for business meetings and customer interactions.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary range for this position is USD $220,000.00 - USD $255,000.00.
