Position Summary
The Strategic Partnerships division is dedicated to fostering enduring, mutually advantageous collaborations that enhance value for clients and generate revenue for both partners and PrismHR. The Growth Strategist for SMB Services plays a pivotal role in promoting the utilization of PrismHR's SMB offerings among PrismHR's HROs and their SMB clientele.
- Drive incremental client revenue by designing, implementing, and overseeing outreach initiatives targeting PrismHR service providers and their clients.
- Collaborate closely with PrismHR Sales Engineers, Marketing Team, and Customer Success Team to facilitate client adoption of SMB Service solutions, including PrismHR WFM, PrismHR ATS, Partner ATS solutions, Partner Time Solutions, EWA solutions, and ACA.
- Align with SMB Service partners to understand their objectives and strategies, ensuring accountability for those initiatives.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with PrismHR service provider clients through ongoing outreach, participation in Client Business Review meetings, and attendance at PrismHR Client Events.
- Engage in Client Business Review meetings, responsible for presenting metrics related to product and service attachment rates.
- Evaluate program performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for ongoing enhancement.
- Work collaboratively with the PrismHR marketing and business development teams on demand generation campaigns and lead qualification.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve and surpass assigned revenue growth targets, utilizing PrismHR CRM (Salesforce) to document all necessary information regarding client interactions and pipeline opportunities.
- Regularly meet with sales management to assess overall progress, review growth objectives, and strategize on program effectiveness to stimulate revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews to PrismHR's leadership team.
- Facilitate product feedback to the PrismHR product team.
- Acquire knowledge and effectively communicate key decision drivers, competitive advantages, and market trends in the HRO sector to assist clients in leveraging growth opportunities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling HCM and other SMB service solutions.
- Experience in channel-based selling is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Professional Employer Organizations and/or Payroll Service Bureaus is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Proven track record in creating, executing, and managing sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue.
- Strong combination of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker capable of analyzing trends and making informed decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with a commitment to developing strategies and processes.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
