Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Marketing:
    • Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that clearly differentiates our products in the market.
    • Lead the strategy and execution of product launches, ensuring coordination between product, sales, and marketing teams.
    • Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
    • Develop product collateral, including presentations, case studies, sales decks, whitepapers, etc., to equip sales teams with the tools to effectively communicate the product's value.
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback and work with product teams to continuously improve the product offering and align it with market needs.
  • Growth Marketing:
    • Drive growth initiatives to acquire new users and retain existing ones.
    • Create a culture of continuous testing and experimentation, from A/B tests to multi-channel campaigns.
    • Analyze user behavior and marketing performance data to drive decisions and refine strategies.
    • Work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize product experiences, and execute high-impact marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize high-converting marketing assets, including landing pages, ad copy, email campaigns, and product descriptions, as well as customer success content, such as video tutorials and detailed guides on how to use the product.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven track record in launching products and driving growth through successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, including proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messaging.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and growth experiments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and collaborative environment.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to draw actionable insights from data.
