Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Tharaldson Hospitality. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase hotel patronage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales plan and budget with the General Manager
  • Provide sales training to hotel staff and ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets
  • Analyze revenue management strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance
  • Schedule sales appointments and conduct cold calls to identify new business opportunities
  • Organize and track sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other management personnel to achieve sales goals
  • Perform functions of the General Manager in their absence
Requirements:
  • One-year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
